How long has your company been operating on the market?
We have been operating on the market since the middle of July 2011, but this was preceded by a relatively long period of preparation so that we could achieve our own goals. Although I have extensive experience in the field, things here were a little different.

I wanted to create a comprehensive system of “everything under one roof” to satisfy even the most demanding clients, as well as being available to ordinary clients. This was preceded by months of searching for the right people and contractors, as well as building up a quality infrastructure. The result is the service station in Bystrá Street in Horní Počernice, where a client will find the required comfort, quality facilities and, most importantly, an experienced team who are capable of doing everything.

What are the prospects for development in the immediate future?
We have already built up everything that is necessary. We have the latest technologies in the field and quality mechanics who are able to provide mechanical repairs, bodywork and paintwork of all types of cars. We have a huge selection of diagnostics, including facilities for wheel alignment and window replacement. We provide for towing, complete car servicing and other repairs. So we are now also working on some additional activities. We are working on the launch of our car wash and on the completion of the car showroom with luxury cars and especially on the management of car fleets for more companies. At present, we have proved that we can attract and also keep individual clients as well as companies, while extending the portfolio of services offered. Clients appreciate our quality, our prices as well as our flexibility. We want to continue in this way. Moreover, we also want to target clientele abroad. We have a great potential there and we want to take advantage of it.

What is the philosophy of your business?
We want to offer to the public “everything under one roof” in a  maximally pleasant environment. We subordinate everything to attain this goal. We have built a really representative building with a huge capacity, invested in the infrastructure and selected team members who are, in my opinion, the best currently available on the market. This team consists of employees with experience from authorized service centers who are capable of working on old vehicles as well as on the most modern cars. In addition, we do not ignore busy clients for whom time is precious. We have a Hotline which they can call to express their needs and we will arrive, take their cars and deliver them again to a specified place and at an agreed time. We want to be here for those customers who will later recommend us to others.

Your secret of success?
Our secret of success is in not resting on our laurels. We are working on improving ourselves by preparing new specials and offers. We always want to keep one step ahead of the competition. This is the only way to success.
