Exhibition of Schel’s statues and Zika’s photographs

This exhibition was opened in the garden of the shipping gallery in Slavic House in Prague’s Na Příkopech. Petr Schel presents a file of earthenware combined with oak sculptures in medium and large format. Adolf Zika exhibits black-andwhite photographs which are taken on negative film and magnified by a classic method. The creations of both artists are thematically interconnected. The planned interconnection of the two strong individualities, Petr Schel and his longtime friend Adolf Zika, and their works has really functioned in compliance with the yin and yang principle, exactly as the sculptor had wished. The exhibition lasts until 30. 9. 2011.
