Who is the Star of Au pays des mimis?

Six winners, out of those who participated in the pre-Christmas campaign and the “Become our Star 2011” contest, were announced by Au pays des mimis.
The winners, together with many other children, had the unique opportunity of trying out what it is like to parade on a catwalk before an audience.

Affordable luxury

In Autumn 1945 the company founder, Mr. Michael Liska, decided to open a furriery in Prague’s Železná Street. With 32 employees, this soon became a leading and unrivalled Prague enterprise. After February 1948, Mr. Liska’s property was confiscated and because, naturally, he was not satisfied with the offer of staying on in his shop as an ordinary employee, he left for Vienna, Austria.
