How long has your company been operating on the market?
The company operating under this name is relatively new, but I have already worked in this field since 1993. In my beginnings, I even worked in a company concentrating on tile production, which was very interesting work that I still like to recall.

What are the prospects for development in the immediate future?
Now already we see that the demand for everything beautiful, but mainly for quality products, is increasing. Many of our customers require primarily quality, functionality and luxury design from their products. We can certainly provide these, through our collaboration with the German company, HARK. With our huge selection of more than 1 000 models of fireplaces and tiled stoves, we definitely rank among the top in our field.

What is the philosophy of your business?
This is basically an individual approach to each customer and the quality of the work performed. Client satisfaction is very important to us. Unfortunately, nowadays there are many companies and craftsmen who do not carry out their work professionally. We come across this relatively often. I personally require a professional approach from others and therefore I offer the same to my customers.

Your secret of success?
Of course it is diligence, determination to go after one’s goals and essentially a perfect knowledge of the field. Although, from the outset, it is not often easy, it is important to believe in oneself and not to give up on one’s dreams. When something works well towards the contentment of clients, it is always to your success.
