How long has your company been operating on the market? The family tradition goes back to the sixties and the company headquarters remain in the native Italy. The company has been operating on the Czech market since 1998, the first acquisition was in 1999 and the first completed project in 2004. Since the beginning of our activity in Prague we have been engaged in the reconstruction of historical houses in the centre of Prague.
What are your prospects for development in the near future? The Dlouhá Palace is our current project for this and next year. The extensive reconstruction of the building from the 1920s includes the renewal of the residential premises where 61 flats and ateliers will be created, in addition to the 12 commercial units which will fill the business arcade on the ground floor. This year we are also preparing to launch two more projects in the historical centre of Prague – the unique reconstruction of a pair of baroque buildings from the beginning of the 18th century on Míšeňská Street near Charles Bridge where we will offer exclusive housing to those who were as enchanted by the atmosphere of the Lesser Side as we were. The Soukenická project is intended for the younger generation who look for housing in the centre which is why we will offer smaller flats at attractive prices in this location. For the future, we are preparing new development projects in Vysočany, at Smíchov and in Holešovice.
What is the philosophy of your creative work (business)? To do things of good quality, to be loyal to clients and business partners. To carry out projects whose design and quality will be attractive also to the next generation.
Your recipe for success? To be one step ahead of the competition.
