When you come into contact with the Prague 1 Chamber of Commerce, you will encounter her. But it will not be an unpleasant impact at all, on the contrary. Eva Primus Kovandová, the director of the Chamber of Commerce’s board office, is literally a good soul for entrepreneurs in the heart of Prague.

 

This forty-four year old energetic and smiling lady enjoys helping entrepreneurs. "I always have a positive mind and help other people. I love life, beautiful clothes, food, Prosecco and people around me. I enjoy the little things," says Eva Primus Kovandová, who loves her family, but also horses, skiing and travelling. But be careful, you better not try dirty tricks on her. Eva is born under the sign of Scorpio and can defend herself. "I do not like lies, deceit, violence, but neither do I like surprises. I say things directly and those who don’t know me may sometimes have a problem with that. I know how to say NO, which has helped me a lot in my life and I have avoided unpleasant situations," says the outspoken women, who wanted to become independent from a very young age, but this is certainly not incompatible with the role of a loving wife and mother.

"This year, my husband and I will celebrate 30th anniversary of our first meeting. We had a break at some point in the past, but even that helped us to realize that we belong together. Now I firmly believe that it will be like this for the rest of our lives. I didn't get married to get a divorce. We are raising 2 daughters who are growing up in a complete and functioning family, which is rare these days. For over a decade, my husband and I have been renting a cottage in addition to our jobs. We also spend working weekends together and dedicate all our free time to each other and to our family. And we are happy," says Eva Primus Kovandová, who says she has been lucky in her life to have a supportive partner as well as other people who have motivated her, pushed her, and continue to push her further. These are the kind f people Eva tries to surround herself with. She highly recommends to others the same.

"In order to understand the beauty and meaning of life, I had to slow down a lot, reflect and look around me. But that doesn't mean I'm not still pursuing my goal. I believe that once I look back on my life, what I have been doing will make sense and feel good," concludes Eva Primus Kovandová.
