How long has your company been operating on the market?
The family Park R. cafe & restaurant was opened in March 2020. Currently, our guests can find the most popular European dishes on its menu. But I personally have been working in the gastronomy field for about 15 years, I studied under my friends – the famous chefs Sofia Smith and Tomáš Liebich.

What are your prospects for development for in near future?
My main goal is to create a personal brand. I hope that the Park R. cafe & restaurant will become a favorite place for spending some time with family and friends. It is located near one of the most beautiful parks in Prague – Havlíčkovy sady, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. The architectural solution of our restaurant, with the seating capacity up to 80 people, lets us hold many different types of events. The restaurant has 4 separate halls, each with its own concept and design, and a terrace with a nice view of Prague.

I hope to one day to open my own food factory with a wide range of products, since we already produce our own popular products: we cook homemade pasta, bake bread, etc.

Your secret of success?
The main secret of our success lies in the fact that we use only fresh and high-quality farm products, so we can offer our guests seasonal menus.
